SERATO DJ 1.9.2 UPGRADE
The Serato DJ 1.9.3 update includes a number of important bug fixes and performance improvements for all users as well as an upgrade to the Serato Sampler. The update introduces support for Ableton Link, a technology that enables DJs to sync Serato DJ with Ableton Live and other Serato DJ setups over a local network. Our improved Sampler section now includes 8 slots giving control of 32 samples over 4 banks for sample play. The first Serato DJ enabled controller in our partnership with Roland, the DJ-808. Serato DJ Pro 2.5 now in public beta - Big Sur, official Phase wireless support, Twelve drift correction, and a bunch more. Serato DJ 1.9.2 is now available in Public Beta with a focus on stability as well as important workflow and interface improvements. The beta also includes updates to the Serato DJ Sample Player and MIDI mapping, along with various bug fixes. Includes two extra sample slots, allowing a total of eight samples to be loaded at once.Here’s what’s new: Two subscription plans to choose from: US9.99/month for Serato DJ, and US14.99/month for the full Serato DJ Suite. Link is a protocol that Ableton uses for over-local-wifi syncing of MIDI timeclocks on multiple devices. A redesigned interface with new simple / advanced view modes for ease of use and also flexibility for complex control.
